Steps

Clean ears, in four easy steps

1. BOOK & PAY

Pick a date & time, no referral required. Once you've paid online, you'll get an email confirmation. Reschedule for free up to 24 hrs before your appointment.

2. HISTORY & EXAM

At your appointment, we'll ask some questions & examine the ears using an otoscope (magnifier). (If no ear wax is found you'll be charged a £25 consultation fee)

3. WAX REMOVAL

If we find ear wax and you are happy to start, we'll use the magnifier and suction tube (microsuction) to gently remove the ear wax. This is one of the safest methods.

4. AFTER CARE

We'll then re-check the health of the ear. If you've opted for one, we'll perform a hearing screening check. Free follow-up within 2 weeks if we can't remove the wax in one go (T&C).

Reviews

"Lovely experience. They explained everything beforehand and the whole process was amazing, showing me pictures as they went along. Had a hearing test done too. Well worth doing. Would highly recommend"

"I had noticed my hearing wasn't as good but didn't think it was due to wax build up. Was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I went. The service was brilliant. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and the location is great too. I was shown pictures of the inside of my ear and was explained everything in layman's terms. Also my hearing was back to normal immediately which has been life changing"

"Eduardo was great, really nice guy. Managed to get a same day appointment due to pain in my left ear. Was quick, simple and well explained. Sorted the issue in half hour. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but if I do I'll be back to Cerum"

I had been struggling to hear out of one ear for over a month, and I'd tried all sorts of drops and things to help restore my hearing. Nothing was working, but after one trip here, I can hear so much better. They even booked me in for a follow-up the week after as some was too dangerous to remove in the initial appointment (stuck to my eardrum). They were so friendly and put me right at ease, and overall, I had a really positive experience. Would definitely go again if I needed to!

Ever wondered what your inner ear looks like?

We use an award-winning video otoscopy (magnifying) device to look inside the ear. This allows us to get a wider angle and a closer view than traditional otoscopes.

When we locate wax, we use a suction device to gently vacuum it away. This is considered the gold-standard method for wax removal. We can also email you a report with images and videos of your procedure.

Trust us.

We've got this.

Our practitioners are trained by experts in Audiology and ENT. The training they receive is officially accredited by The British Society of Audiology (BSA).

If they find something that doesn't look like wax, they have access to advice from a remote network of advanced Audiologists and ENT surgeons to help guide you.
